Discrimination in Housing Advertising

Individuals and families seeking housing are often confronted by print and on-line advertisements that dissuade them from trying to rent from certain landlords or in certain neighborhoods, or attempt to steer them to certain neighborhoods based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or familial status. The Fair Housing Project champions the rights of people who have been discriminated against through advertising and steering, both in print and online, assisting our clients in choosing where to live.
